I would definitely recommend this place for renting an apartment. It’s located in a good neighborhood and close proximity to retail, entertainment, and freeway access.

The application process was simple, our unit had fresh flooring and paint. They were able to get us in a day sooner than scheduled. Maintenance saw our package that arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled and he put it inside the unit for us. That was awesome 👌. So far so good.

The entire team will respond to your request within a day of less. The property itself is very well maintained. I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary. I called the office about insufficient A/C. My apartment couldn't get below 83 and was running non stop now it gets cool and cycles normally. Maintenance came right away. I told him the problem showed him discharge air at 75 degrees he added some refrigerant (Freon) and discharge temp got down to 60 degrees as soon as he was done. great work.

Clean complex, beautiful apartments. Upstairs vaulted ceilings and plushy carpet that stays nice. Downstairs is vinyl flooring. Small cozy retro kitchen. Maintenance department really cares about their jobs and the tenants. The office does gift wrapping stations during Christmas, and pretty much every holiday they do a little something for the kids in the complex. Plus they sent us birthday cards and a sympathy card when our dog passed away. The employees know you and wave when you pull in. Every Tuesday the ice cream truck rolls through. The kids play in the grassy areas. There is a dog park and an Amazon hub. The only concern we ever had was the mailboxes but they installed brand new ones right after we moved in and they are safe and secure ever since. They really listen to your concerns. It is the nicest place we have ever lived.

If they only enforced the parking better here it would be a great place to live, I have complained about vehicles with no parking pass parking in the assign parking, yet the office doesn’t do anything about it. It’s supposed to be one assigned parking for per household and people park two cars per household with no parking pass leaving the other tenants with no parking.

Honest review. I lived here for 2 years. The staff was always nice. The only issue was sometimes it’s very hard to get a hold of someone in the office. Sometimes you have to stop by in person rather than calling. I only had 1 issue with my apt while there. I stayed on the first floor so I use to get water bugs come into the apt sometimes and They came and sprayed but it didn’t stop the water bugs. 3 months before my lease ended I started seeing roaches. They came out and sprayed and got rid of the roaches fast. They were gone in a week. Which the bugs came from a neighbor. They didn’t rip me off with my security deposit either. I would definitely stay here again…

I moved in June of 2019, have been pretty happy living here. I first lived in a 2bd/2 bath unit. My next door neighbor was wonderful, upstairs? Not so much. So in July of 2020, we got an opportunity to move to a 3 bedroom downstairs unit. My unit is always in the shade, summers aren’t as hot, so I like it here. The front office has been very helpful, Morgan is very cheery and friendly. Mario and Victor are always welcoming by saying good morning or just “hello my friend”. Maintenance is very quick and attentive to your issues. I enjoy their quirky videos on instagram, I’d like to see more. I must say that the quality of residents here has been significantly better than previous years. 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾 Addition: with the increase in rents it has increased the quality of residents here. It is really pronounced just saying. ✌🏽

(Update) I moved in the 2051 apartments May 2022. My downstairs neighbor was always harassing me as I would walk in my home and she would also accuse me of looking at her husband 😳. I noticed that the driver side of my car began to developed scratches and then along came flat tires days after moving in. I addressed this issue with the leasing office and the tenant is no longer here which shows me the right thing was done. This community does not tolerate things like that which I love! I haven’t had any major problems with my home but when something small did come up. The 2051 team would take care of it the day of or the the next day at the latest. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath- 1407 for just the rent everything else is separate. I am from NY so for me this price is great! Lol I will remain here until I am able to buy my own home - so far everything is great! Neighborhood is peaceful and everyone is kind - it’s clean- my daughter made many friends - she likes it here. The staff what can I say? I love them - always greets you with a smile and willing to explain or help with anything. I’m grateful They worked with me as I am a single mom. It was so difficult looking for a place! Back to the rent - I feel that it’s reasonable- it’s 2023 - most 2 bedrooms are going for 16-18 hundred from what I’ve seen - so yea 🥰

I really enjoyed living here. The maintenance guys were super awesome, office staff were always nice and helpful, grounds and apartments were all clean, and never had any major issues with anything. My only complaints would be kids would always be touching up on my car for some reason and there were a few unsightly people that lived there that you'd definitely want to avoid. But they can't control how people live their lives, so can't take away from them for that.

My air conditioning unit still not working like it was before. Not blowing out cold air like it was 3 weeks ago. Seems like it is running low. Blowing out warm air. Plus, the system sounds like it is running low. I want it working like it was 3 weeks ago. Need colder air. Need a new air conditioning unit. Update: Maintenance came out the next day and was able to fix the problem with air conditioning unit, which is now working and once again blowing out cold air. Thank you.

I applied for this property a couple of days ago online. I have been looking for a nice 2 bed 2 bath for me and my daughter for a while now and have not had any good news yet. Met with (Trixy) in the office to hand in some paper work. She was very welcoming and friendly and seemed to be family oriented. She was upfront about everything and very informative. I am waiting to hear back from her to see if my application was approved by the 3rd party screening vendor. Fingers Crossed! PS. Looks like a quiet, clean, and well kept up community and is located in a descent area.

I'm new to the area and I am beyond happy to begin this new journey of mine within this community. The staff are very friendly and organized. I feel like I've made the right decision on choosing this place! I think its perfect for my kids and I (despite not having a park,...but they do however have a dog park so maybe getting a pet is something I'll consider in the future). It seems to be peaceful and quiet, not a lot of traffic in and out. They have a pool and gym that I plan of visiting frequently and I love the the fact that its close to all the major shopping centers. Its not a brand new building but its well kept. I look forward to the bright and rewarding future here! Definitely worth considering;)

Destiny made everything so quick and easy for me. I work full time and the office is closed the time I wake up for work and get off work, she was able to work with me within less than an 1hr time frame over my lunch. The complex is VERY clean and quiet the maintenance is very fast and easy going. One thing that I didn’t know but I saw, was the guard during the night checking the complex, this is amazing! The Apts are beautiful great space.

Update after almost 3y living here: we have a new management, they are better then the before, the place still very clean, maintenance is on point always, never saw anything about thief around the complex, every time that I see anything that is going wrong the police is called and is never a big issue. Me as a woman living with a roommate, I feel super safe here. The staff are amazing, I had the opportunity to meet and have a good experience with everyone that works in the complex after living here for so long. For everyone that is thinking about this place, just move in!! No regrets. I moved in here in 2012 and have been here since. Apartment is a little smaller than I'm use to. Miss the old owners. The new office and maintenance people seem nice. Gate has always worked until recently. Had to get gate key reprogrammed twice in the past month. Asked why and was told computer bugs. Wondering why it only happens to me. Phones in office quit working recently too. Did see an unleashed dog chasing a cat around the premises. Maybe they need to remind the tenants about the leash laws. Buildings in the back, bldgs 10,11,12 seem quite enough. Occasionally you can hear people talking a little loud late at night outside. Other than that it still seems like a nice place to live.
