The maintenance staff is awesome. Mario is always friendly and helpful. No complaints about anything. Turnaround time for maintenance request is within 24 hours or less. I would definitely recommend this place for renting an apartment. Itâs located in a good neighborhood and close proximity to retail, entertainment, and freeway access.

We lived in this apartment complex for two and a half years and had a great experience. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the property was well-maintained. Itâs also very pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The office staff were wonderful - always friendly, helpful, and professional. We truly appreciated our time here and would gladly recommend it to others.

I had my bathroom faucet leaking alot but Mario,the engineer came in and fixed it for me.He did a great job and now i dnt hv to waste alot of water.Mario is the best and management is top notch.Love this apartment complex.All the staff,including management are great people and easy to mingle with and always looking out for the customers.Thank u so much!

I love my new home. Morgan & Marshall are theeeee best and very personable. Quiet community close to everything you need. Maintenance is also 10/10

I just moved here and these apartments are nice and clean. A better upgrade than my previous apartments. Morgan, the assistant manager has been more than amazing with the move-in process. Very impressed with her work ethic.

The application process was simple, our unit had fresh flooring and paint. They were able to get us in a day sooner than scheduled. Maintenance saw our package that arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled and he put it inside the unit for us. That was awesome ð. So far so good.
