I lived here for a year. Little maintenance issues. When we did call they were out within a day or two. No pest issues. Honestly though, rent is too much… but that’s the case all over the city right now. Decent energy costs. The one complaint I have is that rent is due on the 1st, no exceptions. I got paid on the last day of the month… so I always had a headache dealing with getting my check cashed so I’d have the money in my account. Apartments are very nice. The neighbors were mostly respectful, with the exception of loud music in cars while entering and leaving, my apartment was right by the gate. I never used the pool, but that’s on me.

I am most grateful for the help, assistance that Beth has provided from the beginning until now. She alleviated unnecessary stress to ensure the move would be easy; the apartment was just perfect. My son and me are so happy with our apartment, fur babies too. It is quiet, neighbors are friendly; couldn't ask for a better place to call our home. I will say that Beth and Morgen are the best, friendly, yet they care for the residents and will go beyond to ensure things are managed well. They are great at what they do yet will always make the time for the resisdents. I applaud Beth, Morgen, Mario, and Victor for all their hard work; they are an incredible team!!

When first moving in the place was quiet and peaceful until a few months in. There was an incident where I felt completely unsafe when some random guy climbed over my balcony peeking into my window. I made a report but there was not much that could be done. Also the unassigned parking is a headache I went out of town for a week leaving my car and came back to my parked car with a huge dent like it was hit. Management was very nice and helpful on a more positive note. Whenever I would call or contact them Beth would do her best to accommodate or give me any information that I needed.She was very considerate & professional. I also liked that maintenance was very quick to respond & do repairs. Aside from the events that occurred my overall experience wasn’t all bad.I just think I should have done better research of the actual neighborhood.
