First year was great , second year not so much . Maintenance and the property management office was great !! Would have rented for another year if there wasnât so much police /crime activity and in the summer time , bugs infesting my unit /complex !! Also had a neighbor who constantly harassed me , banged on my walls to the point I was ready to move out!

I have lived at 20 Fifty-One Apts. (formerly Brittnae Pines) going on 6 years now. The management team (Beth) and maintenance team (Mario and Victor) and the front office are not only great to deal with, they are all outstanding. They continually go above and beyond to make living here a very positive experience. The complex is kept clean and well maintained and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Maintenance issues are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. They make it enjoyable residing here and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and co-workers.

Property well maintained! Maintenance is awesome always had my work orders done un timely fashion and had great customer service! Quite Community. Only thing is area is not that good had my truck stolen 3 times lived thier for 1 year other then that my only complaint about the community.

Update: I moved out February 2021. Disposition of charges was not correct which they fixed. I asked for a total dollar amount of the total carpet replacement which I did not receive. Come to find out today that they are trying to process my refund. Communication is still a problem but overall the experience living there was good. I should of known when it took me three days to get my keys Iâd have issues with this place. The manager didnât want to stay until 6 (which are their hours during the week) to give them to me. Iâve put in three work orders now and the work has not gotten completed unless I call and pitch a fit. It has to be scheduled because I have a dog. The last one the maintenance guy tried to come back at his convenience without even notifying me and of course my dog was not locked in a room so half the work order was not complete. If this place would have some communication skills maybe this review would be a lil nicer. I went in this past Saturday to put in my third work order. Iâm pretty sure the lady working didnât put it in the system because she wrote what was wrong on a sticky note. It is now Monday and I called twice to see if it was entered into the system. Guess what?? No return phone call. I get home around 8:45pm and no work was done. If I can move at the end of my lease I will surely be leaving. Nothing but headache so far.

Management will lie about criminal activity. They don't care about your or your families safety. Good neighbors but dishonest apartment. Very disappointed.
