Update after almost 3y living here: we have a new management, they are better then the before, the place still very clean, maintenance is on point always, never saw anything about thief around the complex, every time that I see anything that is going wrong the police is called and is never a big issue. Me as a woman living with a roommate, I feel super safe here. The staff are amazing, I had the opportunity to meet and have a good experience with everyone that works in the complex after living here for so long. For everyone that is thinking about this place, just move in!! No regrets. When we first moved in we had a few disagreements, but Beth the Property Manager and Destiny they was Great, trying to keep an open communication and resolving the things in the best way possible for us don’t have any doubts that we did the right choice. The complex is VERY clean and quiet the maintenance is very fast and easy going. One thing that I didn’t know but I saw, was the guard during the night checking the complex, this is amazing! The Apts are beautiful great space.

When we first moved in we had a few disagreements, but Beth the Property Manager and Destiny they was Great, trying to keep an open communication and resolving the things in the best way possible for us don’t have any doubts that we did the right choice. The complex is VERY clean and quiet the maintenance is very fast and easy going. One thing that I didn’t know but I saw, was the guard during the night checking the complex, this is amazing! The Apts are beautiful great space.

Our move in Was super massy, the contract was not ready, we took more then a hour to have our things set up, we just received the welcome letter on the day of our move in. Going Inside the apt, it’s not the apt that they told us that was going to be, they only offer a discount for the next month, I don’t want a discount I want the apt that was offered to us. Good that I did know the number of apt address and Everything that we need to have our energy turned on, because we didn’t have any confirmation from the complex. Is a beautiful place to live, fist night was quiet, I saw the security doing his work around the community, the pace is clean and great location. I Just Want the right things and more organization.

I've hesitated to post this review, for a couple weeks, in fact, because I didn't want to do so in anger. However, at this point, I feel it more important to warn others of what to expect. We have lived in this complex for about 7 weeks. To say the 7 weeks have been hell, would be an understatement. I will start of by noting the good about this place. The staff is good. We've worked with Destiny, Karen, Beth, and even the maintenance team, the entire staff is friendly, and apologetic about the situation we are dealing with. They have done everything I believe they can to rectify the situation. Our issues started shortly before moving in. When we called a couple weeks before move in to update some information, the temp out in place was unequipped and unprofessional. He kept trying to get us to recomplete all of the paperwork we had already done, because he "couldn't find it." After several frustrating conversations with him, we had our first contact with Beth, who was able to smooth out the situation and get everything back on track. From there, we heard from the confused temp once more, then were told the next day we would no longer be hearing from him. We we neared our move in day, we were told we would get all of our paperwork by email to sign and we could come get our keys at 9 AM on our intended date. The day came, and no paperwork was emailed, so we had to go into the office to get it, and interrupted what seemed like a flustered moment for them as they were trying to get everything together. I can be patient, but it doesn't bode well that this was the second frustrating encounter before we even had keys. During our lease signing, we were told that for to COVID, we couldn't see the unit before we signed for it (even though the lease we signed said we were signing that we were given the opportunity to inspect the unit first). Again, frustrating, but at that point we had a truck full of stuff and no place else to go. When we finally got our keys and got into the unit it was less than 5 minutes before spotting the first roach. The second one, moments later crawled across the card the exterminator left indicating they had been there 4 days earlier. We saw a dozen roaches the first day. In the 7 weeks we've been here, there had been one week that we haven't had the exterminator out. We've even gone through the fumigation process, which required us to repack our kitchen and bathrooms so they could come and do a full clean out. That lasted for a week before the roaches started coming back in droves. In the past 7 weeks, we have lost sleep, we are hesitant to grocery shop, so we've eaten most of our meals out. We've been here every time the exterminator has, asking him what we should be doing differently, and he has no suggestions because our kitchen is spotless, there is no food out anywhere, and they keep coming back. We are angry, tired, and frustrated. At this point we want out of our lease because we found out from the exterminator that there was an infestation in one of the units connected to ours that the office never disclosed. It seems like there is nothing that can be done to get this problem solved because we are doing everything the exterminator tells us to do. We are concerned that all of our furniture will be ruined by the time we leave because the roaches just keep getting in.
