I just moved here and these apartments are nice and clean. A better upgrade than my previous apartments. Morgan, the assistant manager has been more than amazing with the move-in process. Very impressed with her work ethic.

I love living here the people in the leasing office is very nice the property is super clean Morgan works with everyone and there's no bugs here

The application process was simple, our unit had fresh flooring and paint. They were able to get us in a day sooner than scheduled. Maintenance saw our package that arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled and he put it inside the unit for us. That was awesome 👌. So far so good.

20fiftyone stays on top of everything . I submitted a work order and within an hour or so Mario came to do the repairs . He is great. Thank you !!

not good. didn't enjoy my time here and happy I left a bit ago. maybe they've improved since, but i doubt it. look elsewhere if possible but the location was nice, easy access to 95

Overall been great place to stay. Been places were dumps were trashed and gates never worked but they try. Effort works. Thank you.

I recently moved into this property. The management and maintenance staff did an excellent job in helping me with the entire process. The entire team will respond to your request within a day of less. The property itself is very well maintained. I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary. The neighbors are very quiet and respectful. I hope it stays that way. I plan on living here for a while. GOD BLESS the entire team for an incredible job. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏼
