Highly displeased with the service of this complex. The managers will not answer if they don’t feel like it. I’ve walked in directly after they declined my call and they were just sitting there with no one in office. One of their office girls actually admitted that they don’t work with her on her files. BEFORE the pandemic started they delayed my move in process because they failed to complete the paperwork within the time range they gave. Their excuse for anything going on with the apartments is that they’re old. I was given a refrigerator that has broken down 3 times. Each time I’ve had to call multiple times to convince managers a broken fridge is an emergency. Even then, they would not grant the maintenance people the authority to give me a new fridge. The maintenance men are amazing and are also aware of office issues. The mailboxes seem like they were broken into around Christmas and half the mailbox slats are hanging off holding on by a small breakable lock, making it easy to access other people’s mail. NO ONE was notified of the mailboxes being compromised. The gate has been broken and open for longer than 7 months. Save yourself time and stress. There’s no reason the office can’t function like a proper business.

My apartment is gorgeous and very sunny! Destiny the Property manager set up my move in and was very kind and knowledgeable from start to finish. She explained everything about the property and made the move in process simple. Kudos to her and I recommend this nice and quite apartment community.
