These guys and Amc management are solid people. They did my friend right when he unexpectedly lost his job. I would recommend 20 fifty one and it management.

Sorry for past remarks was a miscommunication. The management here showed great care for me when I lost my job with the school district a week and a half after moving in. They negotiated a win win deal and we left the apartment in great shape and on good terms. Thank You. I would definitely recommend 20 fifty one apartments.

I may have spoken early if you happened to see my review earlier. The management company AMC, 20 fifty one apartment, and Suzy in the office were kind enough to help my friends family out when he unexpectedly lost his job. He lived there almost 2 weeks and only lost his deposit, They were kind enough to let him out of his lease because of his unfortunate events and did not charge him the small fortune they could have. Thanks for taking care of my friend.

I will have lived here less than 2 weeks. I had a hiccup and lost my job. The management, AMC Property management, and Suzy in the office were compassionate enough to work with me on a win win situation for both of us. I would recommend this place to others.
