My friend just asked me to remove my review. The office staff at 20 fifty one, AMC property management, and Suzy Signor were able to help my friend out and they are both leaving on good terms. Thank god there are still some compassionate property managers in this world.

Poor management. Thieves seeking to take advantage of those who are misfortunate. A friend of mine dealt with their manager Destiny Roy, who seems out to screw over anyone they can. Stay away from this establishment and stay away from this management.

Terrible place, took advantage of my friend charging him $7,500 total, and he only lived there less than 2 weeks. Sounds like a greedy place to live. Not even a truly gated community. Front gate is always open 24/7. That can't be safe in that neighborhood. I read reviews of a murder nearby when it was called "Brittnae Pines Apartments", then they changed their name. Avoid this place.

I went to view the model yesterday, a tenant pulled me aside and said he just moved in and showed me his apartment. Did not llok to bad, but looked nothing like the model I was shown. The model looked brown new while this fellows apartment looked like something out of the 80's. Not sure when they moved in but their apartment was empty. I decided not to rent here after hearing his and his family's story and viewing his apartment.

Poor management out for your dollar :/ Models shown must never had been lived in. Nothing like the unit you get. We moved here after i received a job with the school district. Because of some licensing issues I was let go. Talked to management and its $4,700 dollars on top off the $2,000 I paid to move in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just down the road is Kleidescope, much better units, 24 hr amenities, nicer grounds. Check them out or some of the units farther up the street.

I will have lived here less than 2 weeks. I had a hiccup and lost my job. The management, AMC Property management, and Suzy in the office were compassionate enough to work with me on a win win situation for both of us. I would recommend this place to others.

From when I moved in until now it seems like I’m always calling for something to be fixed. Mainly my dishwasher. The maintenance men are nice and I like them, my problem is the apartments just seem to want to take the cheap way out. My dishwasher has leaked and been “fixed” multiple times, yet would still leak. They replaced it with a “new” one which was cracked and ended up spraying water out of the side when I used it. They finally replaced it again. So far so good. My fridge stopped getting cold and it took 4 or 5 days before anyone came to look at it so most of my food went bad having no where else to put it. Also, upon moving in I was under the impression there was security here at night and that the gates would be closed at night. However, not once have I ever seen security here, and (yes they told me the gate was broke and that they were going to be getting it fixed soon), the gates still don’t work. After speaking with someone else who just moved out of here the gates have been broke for at least a year. Doesn’t seem like they plan to get it fixed. I have seen homeless people coming through here many times digging in the trash, as well as I found a DIRTY USED NEEDLE at the bottom of my stairs. I put it in a jar and took it to the office where the girl didn’t seem too concerned. The water bills are ridiculous and I don’t seem to understand how they get their number. My bill this month was $120 for just my husband, myself and our 3 year old. I have never paid so much for water, even living in a house twice the size of here with a pool. There are residents with less people in their apartment that somehow pay more than we do for water? It’s pretty quite during the day, but the neighbors are loud at night and our apartment smells like pot half the time because both people next to us smoke in their apartment. The window in my living room I cant open and they rigged to keep it closed, I’m assuming so they don’t have to pay to replace it since the whole frame would have to be replaced. So when it’s actually nice out, I can’t open the main window to let the place air out. Must have been that way for a while because the last people who lived here screwed it shut into the wall. The rent here is way too much for what you get in my opinion.
