This is a lousy place to live. My boyfriend was there for 5 years. They charge $40 for every call about a repair. It's noisy. Lot's of theft. No security. And expect them to dig into your security deposit. The only positive thing are their garages for some $100 per month.

I got it. 20fiftyone lease office they are liar isn’t honest about water, trash, and sewer billing must be SCAM! Because neighbors isn’t same cost billing. In Lease office’ workers they own create costs. This month on Feb 2019 I got 87 dollar billing not same other neighbors they got 77 dollar. How they know I used water much? because no water meters system here. I don’t believe this billing plus three fees. I have right reported it. Thanks neighbors. Please everyone must moving don’t support this community apts. SCAM!

Had the worst experience living in this place, i only lived there for 3-4 months and during that short period of time one of my vehicles was stolen whit all the Tools i use for work, i had to buy another vehicle since metro never found it, 15 days later my new work trucks got broken into and again all my new Tools were stolen, i filed a police report both times, at that point i decided to move out of this place since i have 3 daugthers and i didnt feel safe leaving to work. I Know things like these could happen even in the nicest sides of town, but the attitude of the ppl working there was even worst than what i had to go through, they expect me to Pay almost $2000 for breach of contract when i left i returned the keys to the Office and i left everything in Perfect conditions literally ready to move in, i even told them that i was ok whit them keeping my deposit but i wasnt gonna pay a single dime more than that, since i really dont have the money since whitin 15 days i had to buy a new work trucks and año my tools twice

This was a four-and-a-half star apartment complex when the previous management owned it. Since they've left, this management has done nothing but put lipstick on a pig! They've done nothing but raise rents, obviously to pay for all of the outside improvements including their leasing office. They even took away one assigned parking, gave us all parking permits, and now everyone fights for a covered space! Ridiculous! They've also included besides raising our rents that we all now without meters have to pay for water sewer and garbage. All I've heard is numerous people complain about paying $77 Plus when it's only possibly one person or two in an apartment. Ridiculous numerous times I've complained about the noise above me at 1 to 2 am the morning and no one in this office has ever ever done anything about it even though, our lease has in it the Nevada state statutes that states quiet time is from 10 on! I've had out-of-state guests that could not sleep because of the noise and again no one's done anything about it once I was told this is a 24/7 town! This was a place I felt I could truly retire in and be happy and this management has ruined all of it! The day I can save enough to move is the day I guess I'll be happy again. My advice keep looking if it's easy to get in here with poor credit that evidently you should wonder why because I'm seeing a lot of that happen
