I am writing this to help the next person not make the same mistake. My husband thought that these apartments would be great since we rented from their sister property, WRONG!!!! I will make this short and sweet, maintenance tried to come into our apartment, WITHOUT PERMISSION, we were not home but we had cameras up and we changed our locks without them knowing!!!!.Cops are called all the time, seems like every month a few cars are broken into, trash all over in the back no one cleans, they only clean the front, the front gate is broken at least 4-7 times a month. So many other stories it would take me at least three pages. The front office makes you wanna slap something. If you do live here CHANGE YOUR LOCKS!!!, GET A CAMERA!!!! DONT LET THE NEW PRETTY PAINT FOOL YOU! AND......I will let you know that a few of their reviews are from employees that worked and stayed there, isn't that conflict of interest people???

I should of known when it took me three days to get my keys Iâd have issues with this place. The manager didnât want to stay until 6 (which are their hours during the week) to give them to me. Iâve put in three work orders now and the work has not gotten completed unless I call and pitch a fit. It has to be scheduled because I have a dog. The last one the maintenance guy tried to come back at his convenience without even notifying me and of course my dog was not locked in a room so half the work order was not complete. If this place would have some communication skills maybe this review would be a lil nicer. I went in this past Saturday to put in my third work order. Iâm pretty sure the lady working didnât put it in the system because she wrote what was wrong on a sticky note. It is now Monday and I called twice to see if it was entered into the system. Guess what?? No return phone call. I get home around 8:45pm and no work was done. If I can move at the end of my lease I will surely be leaving. Nothing but headache so far.

I had no problems when I lived here. Any issues I had or noticed on property were taken care of in a timely manner. All staff members were nice and respectful. Suzy the manager takes care of business and makes sure your stay is comfortable.
