I have lived here since August 1st 2014 when it was a family-owned complex earlier this year a management company bought the complex and since then everything has gone to hell... Several months after AMC management took over I got a bed bug infestation mind you I had lived here almost 3 years and never saw one bug of any kind.. seeing as how no one wants to sleep with bed bugs I was left homeless for a month after paying rent which I now know was raised illegally because I got no notice they also never completed bed bug process, leaving me to wonder how long before bugs come back & how many other apts.have them..they painted the complex three different horrible colors, there is no lighting throughout complex especially in the back where I live so I walk from my car in the dark to my apartment after work, apartment manager has no knowledge of bed bugs nor statutes of Nevada law rental property 118.. nor any respect for the tenants that live here. On my way back to apartment from the couch I was sleeping on to put my cats who I had to let stay here in the bed bug infested apartment in the bathroom, I didn't get through the gate of complex due to very bad traffic accident which is the only time this complex called me about the infestation to complain that my cats were not put away therefore the extermination could not be done.. I am living a nightmare because I have not been able to work since car accident & I am unable to move out at this time and of course I did receive a 5-day pay rent or quit eviction notice.. I have been forced to seek an attorney for my own protection. this is seriously the worst experience I have ever had from any management or rental property I have ever lived at...
