Not very happy with the new managment. The last management was much better...plus when new management came in no more security guards and I have seen aggressive breeds are allowed here now. Not happy with that having 2 small children.

To bad I have to give one star... if you decide to stay here hire your own maintenance because the apartment maintenance won't do anything. The mailboxes are the definition of ghetto, says no agressive breeds (yet there here), the gates never want to seem to work, no more security guards, garden/ water fountains never run anymore, playground is broken, hot tub is always braking along with workout room always has some issue... Yet they raise the rent, for what!?! Wish they never sold this property... Used to be family owned and opperated... Used to be good.

Management is terrible the apartments are falling apart appliances are outdated and in the ghetto they are no longer family owned they raise the rent now 150$ i was paying 850$ than after a year if you want to stay longer thay will bumpe it 1005$ so I decided to move and found a nice condo for less than what I was paying here but the management took a week to fill out my rental history for this place so i can move and has been a nightmare to get them to cooperate with my realtor to fill out the paperwork
