This complex and management are a complete joke!!! If I could of given this junk house of an apt complex a negative star I would have because giving this place ANYTHING is far too much. Weve been here 6months and its been 6months too long for us. The management is horrendous and the complex is dirty, filthy, and disgusting. Cant open my windows or doors to enjoy the fresh air cuz the over abundance of a nasty weed stinch is overpowering as well as the chain smoking walking talking emphazema cases downstairs love to light it up every 15 to 20minutes. The crime in this area is bananas crazy. All you hear are sirens, gun shots, and the ghetto bird flying over you over here. The apts itself are run down and are in constant need of repairing. Cant wait to get tf out of here. If you are considering this place as your new home my suggestion to you is to run far far away from this place. You WILL grow to hate this place very quickly.

To bad I have to give one star... if you decide to stay here hire your own maintenance because the apartment maintenance won't do anything. The mailboxes are the definition of ghetto, says no agressive breeds (yet there here), the gates never want to seem to work, no more security guards, garden/ water fountains never run anymore, playground is broken, hot tub is always braking along with workout room always has some issue... Yet they raise the rent, for what!?! Wish they never sold this property... Used to be family owned and opperated... Used to be good.
