Mario the Maintenance Man is amazing on point when repair is needed and always willing to help. Keep the complex amazingly clean at all times

I had a minor leak from the drain under the kitchen sink. Maintenance came right away and fixed it. The sink is now working like it should. no leaks.

I had a dripping faucet. Called the office and about 2 hours later maintenance came and replaced the whole faucet and water lines going to the faucet too. Great work!

I called the office about insufficient A/C. My apartment couldn't get below 83 and was running non stop now it gets cool and cycles normally. Maintenance came right away. I told him the problem showed him discharge air at 75 degrees he added some refrigerant (Freon) and discharge temp got down to 60 degrees as soon as he was done. great work.
