I called the office about insufficient A/C. My apartment couldn't get below 83 and was running non stop now it gets cool and cycles normally. Maintenance came right away. I told him the problem showed him discharge air at 75 degrees he added some refrigerant (Freon) and discharge temp got down to 60 degrees as soon as he was done. great work.

Clean complex, beautiful apartments. Upstairs vaulted ceilings and plushy carpet that stays nice. Downstairs is vinyl flooring. Small cozy retro kitchen. Maintenance department really cares about their jobs and the tenants. The office does gift wrapping stations during Christmas, and pretty much every holiday they do a little something for the kids in the complex. Plus they sent us birthday cards and a sympathy card when our dog passed away. The employees know you and wave when you pull in. Every Tuesday the ice cream truck rolls through. The kids play in the grassy areas. There is a dog park and an Amazon hub. The only concern we ever had was the mailboxes but they installed brand new ones right after we moved in and they are safe and secure ever since. They really listen to your concerns. It is the nicest place we have ever lived.

Just resigned our lease !! communication with all office staff is so pleasant and on point !!! Maintenance so fast to response to all our request !! a very SAFE place to live. And very clean community!!

Office Manager Marshall provided an excellent move in experience! He and his staff were extremely pleasant to work with. The apartment and grounds walk through showed a well managed and maintained property. I recommend leasing here for sure😊
