Getting an apartment requires the same amount of paperwork that buying a home does. Save yourself the trouble and apply at a place that has friendlier staff. They seemed upset that they had to do their job. I get it, you donât make three times the rent to live here but you still have to work here. The struggle I can imagine. But donât take it out on potential tenants because you made poor life choices and have to work here.

I put in my maintenance request for a new silverware holder in my dishwasher. Maintenance was there 40 minutes after putting in my request. I was shocked at how fast this response was. Previous experiences, dealing with other Complex Maintenance requests could take up to 3 days! This was IMPRESSIVE Thank you!

I moved in June of 2019, have been pretty happy living here. I first lived in a 2bd/2 bath unit. My next door neighbor was wonderful, upstairs? Not so much. So in July of 2020, we got an opportunity to move to a 3 bedroom downstairs unit. My unit is always in the shade, summers arenât as hot, so I like it here. The front office has been very helpful, Morgan is very cheery and friendly. Mario and Victor are always welcoming by saying good morning or just âhello my friendâ. Maintenance is very quick and attentive to your issues. I enjoy their quirky videos on instagram, Iâd like to see more. I must say that the quality of residents here has been significantly better than previous years. ð¤ð¾ð¤ð¾ð¤ð¾ Addition: with the increase in rents it has increased the quality of residents here. It is really pronounced just saying. âð½

(Update) I moved in the 2051 apartments May 2022. My downstairs neighbor was always harassing me as I would walk in my home and she would also accuse me of looking at her husband ð³. I noticed that the driver side of my car began to developed scratches and then along came flat tires days after moving in. I addressed this issue with the leasing office and the tenant is no longer here which shows me the right thing was done. This community does not tolerate things like that which I love! I havenât had any major problems with my home but when something small did come up. The 2051 team would take care of it the day of or the the next day at the latest. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath- 1407 for just the rent everything else is separate. I am from NY so for me this price is great! Lol I will remain here until I am able to buy my own home - so far everything is great! Neighborhood is peaceful and everyone is kind - itâs clean- my daughter made many friends - she likes it here. The staff what can I say? I love them - always greets you with a smile and willing to explain or help with anything. Iâm grateful They worked with me as I am a single mom. It was so difficult looking for a place! Back to the rent - I feel that itâs reasonable- itâs 2023 - most 2 bedrooms are going for 16-18 hundred from what Iâve seen - so yea ð¥°
