I’m very grateful for their service and support. I’m thankful to the leasing consultant Marshall and his team for helping me get my new apartment. Marshall was professional, patient thorough out the whole process, answering all of my questions. The process was smooth and i truly appreciate the kindness and support. Marshall stayed in communication with me through emails and phone calls, answered all my questions and made everything stress free. The community is very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly, which makes me even more excited to call this place home. I want to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in helping me get my new place. Thank you all again!

I have been living in this complex for two years, and my experience has been very positive. From day one, I have received excellent service from the administrative team, especially Marshal and Morgan, who always stand out for their kindness and empathy. I would also like to highlight the great work of the maintenance team, especially Don Mario, who is always efficient and quick whenever assistance is needed. Without a doubt, this is a place where you can feel the commitment and care for the residents.

I set an appointment for a tour at 11 am and it was finalized by the apartment manager through email she even told me I would be meeting with Shayla at 11 am and finalized it. I showed up a little early about 10:40 am only to see the lady inside put a sign on the door saying she would not be back until 11:35 AM which was upsetting due to the fact that my appointment is at 11:00 AM so I decided to just go and grab something to eat and come back and when I come back around 11:15 I wait until around 11:40 and no one still was in the office I just left it was very unprofessional knowing you have appointments scheduled and to waste someone’s time. Mind you they just opened at 10 am why are you taking a hour break and haven’t even been there a full hour yet. It was very disappointing and a waste of my time and very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Will send you collections even if you have paid everything that you needed to. Even paid for the apartment cleaning and they just didn’t care. Sold my debt to a creditor without even sending me a letter or anything.
