I moved into 20 Fifty One Apartments 3 months ago and have had a wonderful experience. The apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, and a great place to call home. Iâd like to give special thanks to Marshall, the mgr; Morgan, the assistant manager; and Shayla From the leasing team for their Professionalism, Kindness and helpfulness. I also want to Thank Mario the maintenance supervisor, And Alexis, His assistant, For being wonderful, friendly, and responsive whenever assistance is needed. The entire staff is amazing and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. Iâm Blessed and grateful. Thank you all for making this such a great Community!

The 3ms Marshall, Morgan and Mario in the crew. I've been living here for quite some time now and those three are fabulous. They never hates to get anything done. They don't push it to the side and even if they're walking out of the front door on the way to go home, they'll take a minute out to try to solve your problem. I must say this is a great place to live and a wonderful community. Marshall has been the head of management for quite some time and I have never had a problem of getting anything from him. Mario, oh my goodness! He's one of the greatest maintenance men besides bookman from what's happening. If you remember that looks like I'm dating myself and Morgan. She has the greatest smile exactly what you're looking for. When you walk in there with a problem you can never rattle her. I've never seen her shaken although I never want to see her shaking. Thanks guys for a wonderful stay. I recommend this place to anybody

Iâm very grateful for their service and support. Iâm thankful to the leasing consultant Marshall and his team for helping me get my new apartment. Marshall was professional, patient thorough out the whole process, answering all of my questions. The process was smooth and i truly appreciate the kindness and support. Marshall stayed in communication with me through emails and phone calls, answered all my questions and made everything stress free. The community is very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly, which makes me even more excited to call this place home. I want to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in helping me get my new place. Thank you all again!

I have been living in this complex for two years, and my experience has been very positive. From day one, I have received excellent service from the administrative team, especially Marshal and Morgan, who always stand out for their kindness and empathy. I would also like to highlight the great work of the maintenance team, especially Don Mario, who is always efficient and quick whenever assistance is needed. Without a doubt, this is a place where you can feel the commitment and care for the residents.
